Hershey, Pennsylvania — A 46 year-old man from Lebanon County was charged on Election Day for making politically motivated terroristic threats, and harassing a resident of Derry Township through online communication.
According to the Derry Township Police Department, the man initially communicated a threat to commit a crime of violence with the intent to terrorize an individual on July 31, 2024.
Police said the victim was not previously acquainted with the suspect. A photograph was discreetly taken of the man pushing his toddler in a stroller on the Jonathan Eshenour Memorial Trail in Derry Township by an unnamed woman. This was allegedly provided to the suspect with information about the victim’s children and their school. The photograph was sent to the victim accompanied by numerous threats and lewd messages.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled.

That is totally evasive. What exactly did he do? Did it have anything to with candidates or did it just happen to be on election day?
